At Virtù, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products designed to provide value and immediate access upon purchase. If something is not right with your order, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and access has been granted, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.

However, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • You did not receive access to the product after purchase

  • The product is significantly defective or not as described

To request support, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Screenshots or supporting evidence, where applicable

If your request is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you would like access to a different product, please make a separate purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage or failure to download/access the product

  • Incompatibility with your device or software (unless clearly stated as supported)

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
